And the winner is……..

The Wayne County Arts Alliance and the Wayne County Historical society have been jointly selling raffle tickets for a handmade quilt that was donated by Linda Cobb as a fundraising opportunity. The winning ticket holder was chosen on Dec. 21, passing the quilt onto Victoria Waldren.
